Kendriya Vidyalaya Kodagu, Vidyanagar Madikeri is located in Kodagu also called as Coorg, which is famous for its lush green landscapes, breathtaking waterfalls, aromatic coffee plantations, and rich cultural heritage.
KV Kodagu is a school run by the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body formed by the Ministry of Human Resource department, Government of India, New Delhi. Started in 2007, the Vidyalaya has classes from I to X.
The Vidyalaya is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education. Apart from the teaching learning process, the students take part in co-curricular activities, sports and games, club activities, work experience, Scouts and Guides, computer education, adventure programmes and value education. This school has produced fantastic results on several occasions.
