NIPUN stands for National Initiative for Proficiency in Reading with Understanding and Numeracy. It is a program by the Ministry of Education in India to help students up to grade 3 develop foundational learning skills. The program’s goals include: Making learning joyful and inclusive, strengthening foundational competence, and consolidating foundational learning.
